GSA Property Management is dedicated to managing the day-to-day realities of condominium corporations with a long-term perspective. We handle the collection of common elements fees and any staffing requirements, requests for quotes, the awarding of contracts and the close supervision of outside contract work. We provide direction and guidance to board members and homeowners regarding finances and compliance to the Condominium Act 1998.

We are extremely proud to advise all of our potential clients that GSA Property Management is the only management company that has been incorporated and operating for over 20 years without losing one management contract/client. After almost 20 years of providing management service, contract services and sound advice; I can confidently say that our corporation is in optimum shape even though it is over 30 years old. We are on track with our financial management and planning as well as in control of any needed expensive retrofits as outlined in our reserve fund study.

Nathan has worked in the Property Management field for nearly 10 years and has experience in residential and commercial Condominium Corporations.
