- Enters into agreements with Daqing Longjiang Wind Power Co., Ltd., Wuhan Kaidi Electric Engineering Co., Ltd., and Kelipu Wind Power Co., Ltd with installations already underway at the Daqing location. This represents initial orders of 150 wind turbines, worth in excess of US$ 128 million within one year. November 19, 2009 - Management determines that the Company has the capability to produce an average of thirty (30) wind turbines per month.

With the idea of “soft design,” we sought to develop a wind turbine technologies ranging from 2-blade to 3-blade in the wind energy space that would be reliable and cost-effective to manufacture. Although the 2-blade technology is less commonly used in the China wind farm market compared to 3-blade technology, the development project that created the 2-bladed wind turbine has been operating for 10 years with 97% availability (availability is calculated as follow: [annual total hours (24×365) - turbine downtime - maintenance time]/annual total hours).
