Future Possibilities for Kids (FPK), founded in 2001, empowered children aged 9 to 12 by fostering leadership, self-confidence, and community engagement through mentorship programs. Utilizing the Developmental Relationship Framework, FPK trained adult mentors to support young leaders in setting and achieving community contribution goals. After concluding its own programs, FPK has open-sourced its methodologies, materials, and training resources to enable other organizations to adapt and continue its legacy of empowering youth.
