Future Design is an engineering-driven company focusing on solutions. We can custom engineer and/or manufacture custom components to suit any blown film line. In fact we have been doing so for more than 30 years, and have helped many of our customers develop and operate specific processes with exceptionally good results. Our highly skilled engineers cover a variety of scientific fields and work on different CAD platforms including Solidworks, AutoCAD and Inventor.

The Low Pressure Spiral Dies incorporate advanced computer aided technologies that have assisted us in streamlining the engineering and manufacturing process to provide balanced shear rate, high output and uniform gauge film. Advanced computer simulation package is used to design the flow passages in our dies. This means that each die is custom designed for each application.

Our dedication to extensive research and development with the co-operation of major chemical companies and distinguished universities, has led us to the global partnership with our customers, suppliers, global OEMs and agents.
