“We need to winter water our cows from a dugout. In the past we had to chop ice. Now we don’t need to chop ice or risk losing a cow in the dugout.
Jim Anderson developed the Frostfree Nosepump livestock watering system on the Anderson farm South of Rimbey, Alberta, Canada in 1999. After experiencing success with the pump, Jim developed Frostfree Nosepumps Ltd., and attained Canadian and US patents. Jim and his family then began marketing and selling the pumps throughout North America, and beyond. The Frostfree Nosepump has been very well received, and there is now an extensive client base across Canada, the United States, and Europe.
Frostfree Nosepumps Ltd. is now offering complete and/or partial system installations! As farmers ourselves, we have geared our product and instructions in a manner which allows the producer to do most if not all of the installation themselves.
