About
FreeBird Safety Services, founded in September 2011, specializes in occupational health and safety (OHS) for general construction, offering services such as online safety training, fall protection training, respirator fit testing, and OHS manual development. With over 30 years of experience and formal accreditations, the company serves the Metro Vancouver and Fraser Valley regions, providing tailored safety solutions to construction workers and essential industries, including medical and dental professionals, first responders, and essential workers during the COVID-19 pandemic. The company has recently scaled down its services, focusing on online safety training, fall protection, and respirator fit testing, while discontinuing first aid services due to the owner's age and health considerations. FreeBird Safety Services remains committed to education and training, aiming to equip construction workers with the knowledge to maintain safety without the need for on-site first aid attendants.
