Our cedar products are kiln-dried in our state-of-the-art dehumidification dry kiln while Fraser Wood Siding boards are dried to strict tolerances at the saw mill to ensure maximum stain adhesion. After the drying period, the boards or shingles are moved to the machine staining line to be coated on all six sides. Fraser Wood Siding and Shingle products are available in either a 1 coat or 2 coat system depending on the specific customer requirements.
