Although the founders have sadly since passed away, Fortins machine shop continued to grow under the leadership of 3rd generation president Jeff Fortin. Today the shop team is headed up by Norm Wilson, who has taken its reputation as a local business, to an award winning machine shop recognized and respected by the trade across the Fraser Valley and beyond.

Fortin's gives you over 270 combined years of experience in the parts and machine shop industry. It boasts a fully equipped complete custom engine rebuilding and machine shop.

Gary brings 25 years of experience in supplying the janitorial and sanitation market. He has great relationships with some of the best chemical, paper and equipment manufacturers in the industry. Fortin's is one of the Fraser Valley's largest suppliers of automotive/industrial parts and machine shop services. Established in 1946, Fortin's is still a family owned and operated company.

Founded in 1946 by Laurence Fortin and his father Charles Fortin, the main thrust of the business back then was the machine shop. At one time Fortin's operated 4 stores. Two in Chilliwack, one in Hope and another in Abbotsford. The decision was made to focus on the one store, so eventually one was closed, and the two other locations sold.
