Formula UBC is a student‑run engineering team at the University of British Columbia that designs, builds, and races open‑wheeled formula‑style cars for the international Formula SAE competition. Each year the group creates a new vehicle from scratch, providing hands‑on experience in powertrain, chassis, suspension, electronics, controls and aerodynamics for undergraduate mechanical engineering students. Based in Vancouver, the team showcases student talent on a global stage while fostering practical engineering skills.
