Beth Duviner (President) has over 20 years experience in nutrition and regulatory affairs. She is an expert in nutrient data & nutrient composition with extensive experience in clinical nutrition, counselling & education. Her professional assignments include:
-consulting to Slim-Fast Canada for 10 years and developing label formats
- establishing in-house nutritional database for Loblaws (President’s Choice)
