Founded in 1999 with head offices in Montreal, Canada and a business development office in Mountain View, California, Flipr Networks develops and integrates a comprehensive range of digital media technology which allows for the recording, storage, delivery and playback of digital entertainment for both residential and commercial clients. We are also engaged in the aggregation of filmed entertainment and music for delivering content on demand services to our client set top boxes. Together, the Flipr System gives users the ability to store, transfer, download, stream and share digital media from multiple sources including television, radio and online services; and play these files across a variety of consumer electronics platforms including home stereo systems, TVs, portable MP3 Players, car stereos, cell phones, and PDAs as well as personal computers.
