At Flip City, we take competitive gymnastics and trampoline very seriously. Our aim is to provide athletes who wish to pursue excellence in a very demanding sport, the best training opportunities available. We offer competitive classes in gymnastics and trampoline for all ages. read more.. Our recreation programs are a great way for yourself and your children to enjoy physically challenging activity. Programs are 20 weeks and begin September 7th and February 1st. We offer classes in gymnastics and trampoline from 15 months to adult. Don't worry if you missed the first class you can register up to half way through the program if space available.
