Fletchers is fortunate to have a dedicated, skilled and loyal staff of 24 full time employees. Many of our staff have been with Fletchers for more than 10 years, some for as many as 25 years! Our staff are paid more than the industry average, and they have access to medical as well as extended medical and dental plans. Our staff are committed to providing the best possible service to our customers. They receive ongoing training in their area of expertise.

Fletchers has always focused on providing the highest possible level of service and quality to our customers. Equipment reflects the latest in cleaning technology, and it is maintained to the highest standards. We are members in good standing of the International Fabricare Institute, Better Business Bureau, Canadian Federation of Independent Business, Chamber of Commerce and the BC Fabricare Association.

We are committed to meeting the challenges and needs of our customers. We also strive to provide a high level of service and satisfaction. We know that the only way to do work is to do it right the first time! This causes less stress for our customers.

At Fletchers we stand behind the work we do. We do our best to inform customers of any risk involved in the cleaning of garments. In the case of problems related to the manufacture of garments or fabrics, we will assist our customers in approaching either the retailer or the manufacturer. In any case where we have made an error we will do our best to resolve the problem to our customers’ satisfaction. We will utilize the services of the International Textile Analysis Laboratory in the United States in cases where another opinion is required.

Use, Disclosure, Retention: The information collected is used solely to provide service. We do not share the information with any individual, company or institution. If a customer notifies us that they no longer wish to use our services, their name and information are removed from our customer files. If a customer has been inactive for a period of time more than two (2) years, they are purged from our system.
