FLASH 5 Energy Foods began in 1998 and operates as a new division within a successful manufacturing and marketing group which was incorporated in 1971. Other divisions of the company are recognized in the marketplace as Bio-Care Laboratories, Poor Richard's Distributing Corporation, and Aalphene Research. The company operates out of 2 self-owned buildings in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia, Canada. Ownership of the company continues in the hands of the original founders. FLASH 5 was born, like many good ideas, by recognizing a clear and obvious void in the marketplace.
