It is a private-held entity that is owned and operated by three shareholders (two in Canada and one in the United States), of which the majority shareholder is a veteran of the Internet and the music industry. The majority shareholder also maintains day-to-day control of all operations contained herein to ensure integrity and fairness to its base of clients, publishers, and artists. Fixion Media is passionate about the music community that it serves.
