Our laboratories were designed and fitted with State of the art equipment allowing FIX-UP to develop its intelligent solutions. It was necessary to create an environment where discipline and scientific control prevail, much like the environment found in big laboratories such as our business partner, DuPont. Thanks to top-level software and equipment, which provide the ability to offer constant, performing mixtures and color matching suitable to your requirements. Fix-Up has acquired very sophisticated equipment and software: A computerized color matching system is used for viewing and reading the true colors on surfaces. It transmits this data to a system generating a specific color formula. This exclusive system uses fibre optics for transmission. With its integrated micro-controller technology, the system has the ability to define shades rapidly by means of calculations and stores them safely. A color blending management system: Once the color has been identified, it is then transferred in another system that takes charge of the mixing process. A high precision pouring system operated by software and supported by a high performing scaling device, deliver very accurate mixtures within micrograms. A reader probe validates the bar code for each container before its content can be added in the mixture, Only then, the system controls the container's pouring spout, allowing the appropriate flow quantity...
