Description
FIRST (For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology) is an international organization that holds robotics competitions for both elementary and high school students - FIRST Lego League for elementary students, and the mid-level FIRST Vex Challenge and flagship FIRST Robotics Competition for high school students. FIRST Robotics Canada is an umbrella organization involved in several FIRST Lego League events, two FIRST Robotics Competition events, and will be holding an inaugural FIRST Vex Challenge event in November 2006. FIRST Robotics Canada has an active board of directors.
