Description

Many other services have published that their employees are Emergency Medical Technicians/Attendants (EMT or EMA), and Emergency First Responders (EFR).  These designations are either not recognized by the Ontario Ministry of Health, or are an inadequate level of training for emergency medical services in the province.  First Response Ontario Emergency Medical Services (FRO EMS) employs only Ontario Ministry of Health certified Advanced Emergency Medical Care Assistants (A.E.M.C.A.
