Ms. Marquis was previously founder and president of Marquis Expertises Inc. As a consultant for institutional clients, she carried out a number of mandates relating to portfolio management restructuring, proposal analysis, and portfolio compliance monitoring. She also specialized in assessing securities disputes and drafting expert reports. Ms. Marquis has worked in finance for over 20 years, acquiring extensive experience with financial institutions, trusts, portfolio management firms and brokerage houses.

Luc Villeneuve joined Fondaction in 2004 as Project Manager, then as Assistant Head, Investment Funds and Real Estate. He has 25 years of experience in financing, business investment and venture capital investment funds active in the high-technology sector. Mr. Villeneuve has also helped high-tech start-up companies in their search for financing from venture capitalists. Before joining the Fondaction team, he held several positions at the Caisse de depôt et placement du Quebec from 1991 to 2001, including Portfolio Manager, Life Sciences and Biotechnologies at Sofinov.
