Farah Aghajani came to Canada in 1988 with a hairstyling background and in 1989 she opened her first salon on Yonge and Sheppard. Her second Salon opened in 1991 on Yonge. In 1994, Farah was inspired to create the International Academy of Hair Design, a quality college providing its students with the latest international techniques of hair design. The Academy offers an educational plan which guides its students to the top, through a comprehensive and systematic approach. In 1995, she presented her own professional line of make-up, hair products, skincare and perfumes. In 2001, Farah Salon & Spa and International Academy of Hair Design have come together to provide new trends in hair and beauty, based on the philosophy of International Experience. Our primary concern is to focus on clients' individual needs and satisfaction through our detailed consultation. Analysis of lifestyle, hair texture, facial shape and manageability by our professional hairstylists allows them to transfer you to your highest potential look. Believing that beauty is in the eye of the beholder, and each individual's idea of beauty is a unique and intimate matter, our specialized colouring techniques will enhance the client's natural colouring, maintaining a harmony to create a balanced relationship that offers a pleasing visual blend between hair, skin and eye colour.
