Regency’s green commitment also means that we abolish waste in production. This is not only physical waste, but we try to eliminate all unneeded processes, effort and inventory. Over-manufacturing and extra steps use unnecessary energy and emit excess pollution. At Regency, we employ lean manufacturing methods called EXCITE™* (modeled after the Toyota Production System) to create efficient work flows. This results in less work space needed, high quality production, less time to produce our units and a better use of materials.
