Prior to being appointed head of Sierra Systems Inc. he served on a number of Boards and held the key positions of Partner, Justice Practice Lead, Branch Manager and Chief Operating Officer (COO). He has been involved in a number of mergers and acquisitions and worked closely with the Sierra Systems Board and investment advisors in the successful sale of the company. Mr. Pourian has significant experience in strategic planning, contract management, program management, business transformation, change management, and organizational design.
