Ezra Ministries - Les Ministeres d'Esdras is a federally incorporated interdenominational Christian Organization with its International headquarters located in Halifax, Nova Scotia - Canada. We are an evangelistic outreach. Over the past few years we have grown internationally with ministry representation and church branches in several different countries of the world. Officially, Ezra Ministries started in April of 1990 with the formation of the Gladness Band. In the same year, a church, Alliance Holy Fellowship was established. It was accepted as a Society with the registrar of Joint Stock in Halifax July 5, 1990 and is recognized as an non-profitable charitable organization by Revenue Canada in Ottawa. In September 25, 1992, the Society was again granted the right to Incorporation by the Deputy Registrar General of Canada, under the Consumer and Corporate Affairs of Canada.
