Four Points Sheraton was looking to develop an effective method of delivering specific information to guests and visitors to the hotel. They wanted to alleviate the repetitive questions front desk staff received from guests, while enhancing their guests’ experience. They wanted to save time and money associated with costly and cumbersome printed materials. We developed and installed Interactive Touch Screens — a single 60” wall mounted screen, and two 32” screens housed in stainless steel kiosk enclosures.
The Corporation of the City of London, Ont., wanted a Digital Signage application that could be transported to various locations and implemented with various content dealing with different information from various City departments. The City wanted a solution that would be flexible in its capabilities and would provide a high-level of interaction with the public. We provided a custom-built touch-screen kiosk with in-depth navigation to a variety of engaging informational content. We continue to work closely with the City of London to provide ongoing content design and kiosk functionality.
