Scott Lawson began his business in Windsor, Ontario in 1983 as Lawson Truck Body. The company developed many good working relationships and the business was soon extended to include general truck repairs. In 1990 the company expanded and took on the name Expressway Trucks Windsor. Expressway flourished while operating for several years as an original equipment manufacturers subdealer. Scott was aware that to further his business he needed a prime location.
