The Extrusion Tooling Solutions Group is the largest producer of Extrusion Tooling in North America. It has two state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities in Markham, Ontario Canada; and in Chesterfield, Michigan, USA. This group also services the South American market from its manufacturing facility in Colombia. The Group’s goal is to provide dies which will produce quality product with maximum speed and efficiency. As the pioneer in computer assisted design and manufacturing in the extrusion die industry, we remain at the forefront of technology.

Exco is further pleased to announce that its interior trim business unit, Polydesign, which serves the European market from its production facility in Tangier, Morocco, recently received the National Quality Award for supplier excellence. This award is sponsored by the Government of Morocco in conjunction with Moroccan automotive manufacturers.

Exco is a global designer, developer and manufacturer of dies, moulds, equipment, components and assemblies to the die-cast, extrusion and automotive industries. Through our 10 strategic locations, we employ 2,400 people and service a diverse and broad customer base through three business groups: Automotive Solutions, Extrusion Tooling Solutions and Die Cast Solutions.

The Automotive Solutions Group designs, develops and manufactures automotive interior trim components and assemblies primarily for passenger and light truck vehicles. Our facilities are located in Canada, U.S., Mexico and Morocco and supply the North American, European and Asian markets.
