Excel Cargo is a Canadian enterprise founded in 1991 by M. J. Rudolphe Bouchard, a retired Air Canada employee. With his numerous years of experience and with his competitive nature, Excel Cargo has established it's mark in the cargo industry.Excel Cargo specializes in cargo handling and presently services 27 different airlines and some 40 custom brokers at Dorval and Mirabel international airports. In 1995, Mercury Air Group, an American based company in Los Angeles, California, acquired Excel Cargo, and continued to provide excellent service to all customers, for which they are renowned for. In March 2003, Excel Cargo was officially renamed Mercury Air Cargo.
