Excalibur has over 20 years of experience in delivering Correctional Programs in Canada's federal prison system. Our main area of expertise has been in providing educational programs to incarcerated men and women, although we also have experience with delivering programs focusing on violence prevention and substance abuse issues.

In providing Strategic Planning services, Excalibur can provide a team of consultants to develop an analytical profile of your organization, assist your management staff in increasing operational efficiencies and develop a workable plan with respect to setting and attaining future goals.

Robin founded Excalibur in 1989, specializing in a variety of human resource and strategic planning endeavors. He has worked with the Province of Ontario covering policy and development contracts and the Correctional Services of Canada focusing on the provision of correction education programs for incarcerated adults in Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Ontario, Manitoba, Saskatchewan and Alberta.

Although our organizational analysis and strategic planning services are available off-site in the Brockville, Belleville and Peterborough areas, we encourage parties to convene at Excalibur's Resource Centre in Kingston. Our Kingston Resource Centre is a facility specifically designed to provide services with comfortable, quiet spaces for parties to engage in either one large-group session or several separate small-group sessions.
