As a Certified Residential Builder and Housing Professional, he builds custom homes, renovations and restorations. He's licensed by the Government of Canada as a designer & contractor of R-2000 homes. And certified by Heating Refrigerating Air Conditioning Institute of Canada to design and install ventilation systems.
