Everest Trekking Canada organizes treks in the Himalaya and cultural coach tours in India and Sri Lanka. On mountain treks, we take no more than ten people. This minimizes our impact on a fragile land and enhances our contact with local people and customs. Much of the mountain life on the slopes of the world's highest peaks revolves around spiritual beliefs and customs forged in the fervour of the middle ages. Imagine villages where the wheel or the gas engine has yet to be used. We seek participants who share our sense of adventure. An active lifestyle and positive attitude are the basic ingredients for an exhilarating Himalayan experience. Our staff carry your gear, and you walk light. Local guides offer personal assistance throughout the trek. Our cultural tours of 3 weeks cover the north and south of India as well as Sri Lanka. Amiable and informative local guides accompany us as we explore both classic and off-beat destinations. You will be pampered by Indian and Lankan hospitality at charming and comfortable top-rated hotels. Our tours are limited to 15 people. We strive to provide opportunities to focus on cultural and historical sites and events.
