Hotello is a full-service property management system created by Canadian company Mingus Software. Hotello has modules for groups and allotments, multiple packages, gift certificates, customer loyalty program and web reservations with real-time inventory, rates and package control. In addition, Hotello is capable of interfaces for external integration with accounting data systems, telephone management and billing, environmental controls, POS, key-locks, GDS systems, ERP, CRM, and many more.
