We are also offering our annual all-day yoga intensive for a week in July, and a yoga retreat which includes optional guidance with reflective writing at the lovely Swallow's Bridge Retreat Centre in early August. If you've been thinking about becoming a yoga teacher, consider our in-depth, internationally respected programme. We have been training teachers since 1981. Our programme includes asana, pranayama, anatomy, philosophy, psychology, hands-on assisting, teaching skills and academic research over a two-year period. We are committed to training yoga teachers to teach with a depth of knowledge that empowers them to find and develop their own voice. We offer ongoing training and teacher development.
