The results were overwhelmingly positive in all categories and we were very pleased to see that we are meeting our customer's expectations. Some customers did also tell us about areas in which they would like to see improvements and those will be our focus over the next year as we continue to strive to deliver the best service, satisfaction and success for all.

In our attempts to keep costs down for our customers, we traditionally re-addressed our Delivery Schedule each year to ensure that we provide the most effective delivery days to locations across our service areas.

Our growth over the last four decades has brought more than geographic expansion; it has also seen Erb develop state-of-the-art technology to keep us at the forefront of our business. As early as 1991, Erb became a leader in the use of electronic data interchange (EDI) within the trucking industry.
