In 1995, William Vis was the production manager of Precision Feeds when he began operation of Envirotech Controllers Limited as a division of Precision Feeds with one employee. Envirotech Ag Systems Limited was formed in 1998 with the merger of the equipment division of Feed-Rite Limited and Envirotech Controllers Limited Envirotech currently has a staff of 15 employees, with about five people committed to the service department, and sales in excess of $6 million per year by providing innovative and superior products and service to the local and national agricultural community. A U.S. sales network with over 40 Hutterite colonies in Montana, Minnesota and North and South Dakota also developed as the Envirotech reputation spread. Envirotech is in the business of providing equipment and building solutions for livestock producers. Over 170 livestock confinement systems for hogs and poultry have been developed by Envirotech over the last 11 years.
