Fourteen speaking tours were organized in Canada, the United States and Europe. Presentations were made to senior elected officials in Justice and throughout the government and to NGOs concerned with impact of rising crime rate trends. Community group presentations were organized to promote the concepts of crime prevention, and crime prevention literature was archived for reference by request of a national police college Chief.
