We provide a turn-key solution to software product development, allowing customers to focus on requirements and not on juggling yet another software project.

We are fundamentally agile in our approach to software. While quite familiar with the more conventional approaches, we generally find it doesn't serve our customers well. Most of our customers come to us with visions, not detailed requirements specs, and most of them rapidly revise their plans after consulting with us. We help them discover which of their goals will provide the real value to them, and which are perhaps merely good ideas that can be postponed until they have a product in the market, generating revenue.

Peter has been developing software commercially since 1983. He is a graduate of the Systems Design Engineering program at the University of Waterloo (1991) and has worked in many companies, including IBM, Bell-Northern Research, and Siemens. From 2000 to 2004, Peter was the Director of Software Engineering for Kaval Wireless Technologies, where he built a team that delivered literally scores of software products involving wireless communications, automated factory testing, web-based network monitoring, and embedded microcontroller systems.

Our consultants have training and experience in many additional fields, including Project Management and Human Factors engineering (ergonomics).

In some cases, the Product may gather certain information automatically. When such data cannot be used to uniquely identify you, this data collection may occur without your prior consent, but you will have the option (in your account or app settings) to disable the data collection. We may use such information for any purposes, but generally use it to improve our products based on the ways our customers use them. This type of information is generally treated as "bulk" statistical data and is often called "analytics" data.
