Katia Osokine, Hon BSc., MA, LEED AP O + M, Project Manager Katia Osokine manages development and delivery of energy management programs, and is the project manager of Enerlife’s consulting services to numerous school boards across the country. She is responsible for all aspects of project planning, budgeting, implementation, reporting and client relations. Katia has substantial experience in performance analysis, design of communications documents, research, and workshop design.
