Energy Ottawa was incorporated as a wholly owned subsidiary of Hydro Ottawa Holding Inc. in November 2000. In Ontario's newly restructured electricity environment, we compete in the commercial marketplace. When we were formed, we assumed responsibility for the generation and electric water heater rental operations of Hydro Ottawa.
