With his building science, HVAC and IAQ expertise, combined with his refined presentation skills, Gord encourages an interactive approach. Andrew Oding LEED AP , Senior Building Science Associate for Building Knowledge Canada (Cambridge Ontario), is a Building Science specialist with over 20 years of experience in the residential building industry. As Operations Manager with one of Canada’s largest privately owned homebuilders (13 years), Andrew spearheaded Reid’s Heritage Homes’ passionate approach to sustainable project development. Andrew has particular expertise in applied building science, design development, value engineering, construction detailing & risk analysis, scope of work & specification development, field implementation & quality control, Air Barrier analysis and diagnostics, and water management analysis and diagnostics.

With over thirty years experience in all aspects of renovation construction and project management, Sandra brings is an active leader in the renovation industry in Ontario. Sandra is the business owner and operator of Lifetime Contractor Ltd., a multiple-award winning licensed General Contractor/Renovator in the GTA. She also serves as a professor for Construction Management and Trades at George Brown College, Centre for Construction and Engineering Technologies. A people oriented individual with strong communication skills and a flair for numbers, Sandra is proactive and proficient in solving problems, making sound decisions and functioning well within a demanding multi task environment.
