TTR provides year round energy savings because it is the most efficient roofing system. Our system uses polyurethane spray foam that has been used in the construction industry for over 50 years. One of the highest R-value of any insulation used in the industry with 7.1 per inch. The spray foam can reduce 70% of heat loss with only one inch of foam and 90% with two inches. With three inches of foam 98% of heat loss is stopped.

Ener-Spray is a family-owned business started in 2001. Currently Ener-Spray’s management team has over 85 years of combined construction and building envelope expertise. All of our construction managers have worked their way through the University of Ener-Spray, progressing up through the company and becoming some of the leading experts in the industry. We work closely with government officials to develop some of the most up to date codes for insulation in the local construction industry. Many houses have rooms built out over the garage or floor spaces that cantilever past the foundation. These rooms tend to be very cold in the winter due to poor insulation, improper air-barrier and vapour seal. As a result of these problems these floor spaces can also be susceptible to moisture and mold. It is common practice for Ener-Spray to remove the old inefficient insulation in these spaces, dispose of it and replace it with ultra efficient Ener-Spray foam insulation. This provides a complete air seal, a higher R-value and a continuous vapour barrier.
