Access Vacation Group is an agent representing private homeowners who wish to provide accommodations to foreign and domestic travellers both on the short and long term. We, as the agent, provide the guest with accommodation options and then secure the accommodation with the property owner. While this allows us a virtually limitless pool of possible accommodations, not all of our rental selections are exclusive and therefore, not under our control. If the owner chooses not to accept the booking, or if the owner has booked the property without our knowledge, we apologize, but a different location will need to be chosen. We have 3 different types of accommodations. Our exclusive level of accommodation are properties where we control every aspect of the location, which includes the calendar, the price, the cleaning, greeting and additional services. Our full service level is similar to the exclusive level, except that the homeowner does not allow us control of the calendar and may book dates outside of our clientele. The third level is our Access Direct service where we provide a referral system for guests to contact the owners directly. They can choose to accept the booking or not and the homeowner is fully responsible for all aspects of the booking.
