We will work with you to develop the organizational infrastructure; build internal capacity, engaging organizational leaders and connect them to the tools and information they need to be successful. Through our “Employment Equity Incubator Services”, we provide consulting support to ensure both ongoing legal compliance and program effectiveness. As your strategic business partner, the role of Employment Matters is needs based, ranging from advisory to hands on implementation.

We work with you to develop an Employment Equity plan that is achievable and designed to make you competitive in the marketplace. We use our knowledge of your company, compliance criteria, and our experience in HR, diversity and change to advise on effective strategies and best practices that can best move you forward. We encourage you to identify costs, resources and infrastructure in addition to the accountability framework.

A former Assistant Deputy Minister, Keith Jeffers brings more than twenty-five years of successful experience in employment equity and diversity, change management and strategic human resources management. He has worked successfully in Canada, the U.S., the Caribbean, Guyana and South Africa. His industry experience includes auto rental; construction; education; electronics; finance; health care; heavy equipment rental, leasing and sales; international development; IT; and the public and not for profit sectors. An experienced consultant, his background includes KPMG.
