Donaldson & Associates, of Calgary, Alberta, Canada is a consulting, keynote, workshop, retreat and coaching company. This learning and development organization was founded in 1987 by Dr. June A. Donaldson (MBA, EdD) Certified Mediator and Arbitrator.

Both versions of the Emotional SMARTS® Self-Scoring Profiles were designed by Dr. June Donaldson, Certified Mediator & Arbitrator; Reverend Eric Haffenden, a registered psychologist and past president of the Alberta Psychological Association; and Mr. Grant Walker, President of Training and Development Materials of Canada, an individual with extensive experience in test, assessment and profile design and distribution.
