PERFORMANCE The bulk of our product offerings (approximately 70%) consist of custom designed muffler and exhaust components for the OE manufacture of small engine related equipment—turf care, APU and generator. Emico has over 250 unique application designs that have been created from a universal template of existing components. This allows for the flexibility of customization with the oversight and focus of Lean Manufacturing.

EMICO is an industry leader in emissions and exhaust systems for on- and off-highway applications. We are a fully equipped, comprehensively tooled manufacturing organization specializing in Emissions and Exhaust Related Components and Systems. We serve various sectors of the small engine market (6-100hp), including turf care equipment, utility vehicles, ATVs, motorcycles, material handling equipment, marine, construction and agricultural equipment, auxiliary power units (APU) and generators. EMICO also offers a range of Tubular and Welded Assemblies for a wide variety of markets.

EMICO, as an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), fully understands the requirements of automation, fabricating cells, and tooling. We specialize in tube bending, welding and complex assemblies. The company has supplied many of the automotive and transportation industries’ key suppliers with turn-key systems to meet stringent manufacturing tolerances, efficiency and tak-time requirements, and launch timing commitments.
