Ellison Milling Company began as a small Lethbridge, Alberta Company in 1906. The Company was owned and operated by its founders, the Ellison family, until 1975. In 1975 Ellison's became a member of a much larger family, "Parrish & Heimbecker Limited," one of the few privately owned Canadian Grain companies.
