Over the next page or so, we will give you an overview of how Elite Water and Air was born. Thank you for taking the time to visit us, and I hope you enjoy your stay! In March 2002 Joe and Chris Ledo opened The Water Fountain in Mount Forest, Ontario. Their objective was to give their customers the best possible water purification systems, at the lowest possible price. And that is the reason we deal with so many companies, because not one company is the best at everything. This gives us the option of recommending the best system for the job, in any instance. Although there are many things that set us apart from other water companies, one of the things our customers like the most is the no pressure sales. While most of the big water companies hire sales staff that learns certain "scare tactics" and "pressure selling", they also live purely on commission. We won't over size a job to make extra commission, or recommend anything our customers don't need. The bottom line is we want our customers to know they can trust us. Some of the bigger companies out there can only sell "their own" products, and their sales people have to make you believe theirs is the best. Although we can get product from the same factory as the biggest water stores in Ontario, we don't believe they are always the right choice. And if a customer ever needs a product we don't carry, there is a good chance we can special order it for them...
