Description

Subject to the following, the Seller warrants that the products sold by it hereunder will conform to applicable specifications and standards of the industry and that the title is free of any security or bond. The vendor shall ensure that the buyer has existing manufacturers' warranties , and in no case the seller's warranty will not exceed the guarantee given by the manufacturers of the products. The only obligation of the seller under such a guarantee will replace or repair the product as the manufacturer deems necessary and to support the buyer in respect of any claim to the manufacturer .
