All our architectural plans are crafted by the company's principal, Gary Clark. Gary has greater than 35 years of professional experience in architectural design and has won numerous SAM awards from the Toronto Home Builders Association as well as outstanding exterior renovation awards in Muskoka.

Finally, a renovator who understands what the word "budget" means! Depending on which option you choose, we provide you with a stipulated contact based upon your new designs. We include all of you specifications and finishes and provide you with a detailed and itemized list of what you are to expect in the results.
