Consumers are usually not provided with adequate information to make informed choices when purchasing water filters. We try our best to provide useful information on conventional water filters, reverse osmosis systems, water distillers and whole house water treatment equipment to customers through our web site, including the FAQ section which is a collection of the most common questions asked by our customers. We also strive to provide excellent after-sales support service to our customers.
We have also assisted the Montana Water Center of the Montana State University in developing its Professional Training Kit on "Point-of-Use Reverse Osmosis" funded by the EPA and released in 2004. Assistance by Kenny Lau, member on our Customer & Technical Support Team was acknowledged.
