Heather Sadler (Watson), B.A. M.A. MCIP RPP "“ hsadler@ecovueconsulting.com Ms. Sadler is EcoVue's President and Principal Planner, helping clients achieve sustainable, workable, and effective solutions to a wide range of land use planning challenges. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (Hons.) in Geography from Bishop's University and received her Master of Arts degree from the School of Urban and Regional Planning at the University of Waterloo. Ms. Sadler is a Registered Professional Planner and is a full member of the Ontario Professional Planners Institute and the Canadian Institute of Planners. Many years of experience as a planner for local consulting firms, lower and upper tier municipalities, the local conservation authority and the Land Use Analysis branch of Environment Canada have provided Ms. Sadler with a depth of experience which is invaluable in today's planning framework. Ms. Sadler has assisted numerous private individuals and private sector corporations in putting in place the plans and dreams that they have for the future of their properties and their communities. Working with not-for-profit groups and agencies, Ms. Sadler has provided the specialized planning expertise necessary to achieve goals set in this challenging context. David Goyette B.A. M.A. "“ As a senior associate Mr. Goyette brings more than thirty (30) years of experience in municipal governance and urban planning policy to EcoVue. He is well respected for his ability to provide strategic advice on a wide range of policy matters related to planning and development. His senior level experience and insight into municipal and land use policy issues provide our project teams with added depth in this regard. Peggy Murphy, C.Tech. "“ pmurphy@ecovueconsulting.com As a Senior Designer at EcoVue, Ms. Murphy specializes in cartography and the design and management of mapping databases. She has experience setting up and maintaining geodatabases, processing spatial data, and creating numerous types of maps and plans to represent data as accurately as possible and to communicate its intended purpose. Ms. Murphy is highly recognized for her excellent skills in the design and production of Official Plan, Secondary Plan and Zoning By-law Schedules for municipalities, as well as subdivision concept plans, draft plans of subdivision and condominium, property and roadway design layouts and site plans and thematic maps. She creates maps which aid in the decision-making process of land management and development planning and takes part in developing project-specific databases used for feasibility studies, impact assessments and constraint identification. Ms. Murphy uses Autodesk Land Desktop 2007 and Autodesk Map 3D 2007 to prepare her drawings, accessing spatial data through the Land Information Ontario data base. Kent Randall B.E.S. "“ krandall@ecovueconsulting.com Mr. Randall is a Planner with EcoVue. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Planning from the University of Waterloo in 2008. Since joining EcoVue in February of 2009, Kent has assisted with a wide range of planning projects for both municipal and private clients.
